Every Block a Village Online (EBV Online) is a collaborative project working to use the Internet as a tool for community organizing.  Building on an existing block-by-block community organizing initiative in one Chicago neighborhood, EBV Online provides block leaders with a new tool to use when connecting with neighbors.   Through Internet access, in the form of a WebTV on each block, and the network of web pages that you are about to see, community members can provide information to others on their block, teach each other new skills, and become connected with other communities around the world.

Please feel free to explore the web pages that have been developed for EBV Online and the Austin community of Chicago. To enter EBV Online, please click on the above graphic.  There you will find more information about Every Block's a Village, the community, and the partners in this project.
