• Medicaid (Green Card)
• Medicare
• Humana Medicaid
• Harmony Medicaid
• Sliding fee scale for the insured - If you do not have insurance or public aid benefits, an interview will be scheduled with the billing person during your initial visit.  Based on your financial status, the appropriate steps will be taken to assist you.
